NOTES:
1. Accommodation rates is net per night per villa and inclusive of 21% service charge and Government Tax
2. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole

CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
ACCOMMODATION RATES ABOVE IS NET PER NIGHT, PER VILLA (NOT PER PERSON) AND INCLUSIVE OF:
- 21% Government Tax and service Charges
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
- In-villa daily breakfast
- Internet access – usage at costumer’s account (prepaid voucher)
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
